BuzzMobyl is a service brand of KitMyTrip which distributes SIM and mobile services in the UAE. As an official distributor of du products and services, the products sold on BuzzMobyl are based upon the Terms and Conditions of the Telecom Provider ( du ) which is in line with the existing laws and regulations of the Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA). As per the laws and regulations of the TRA, United Arab Emirates (U.A.E.) restricted websites will not be accessible.
Renters are mandated to use their services as per the standard laws and regulations of the U.A.E. Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA).
KitMyTrip will not provide BuzzMobyl services/products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the laws of the U.A.E.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of U.A.E..

Schedule and Terms of Charges and Payments
The following credit cards are accepted on the BuzzMobyl website: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, MasterCard Electronic, and Maestro.
BuzzMobyl offers a 50% refund of the service price if canceled 48 hours prior to the date of delivery. No refund will be offered if the cancellation request is received thereafter.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Network interruptions
The Customer acknowledges that Telecom Provider/ BuzzMobyl cannot guarantee a fault-free Service and that the quality of the Service may be affected by factors outside of the control of Telecom Provider/ BuzzMobyl. Telecom Provider/ BuzzMobyl does not guarantee that the service will be available in all areas of the U.A.E. at all times or that there will be no interruptions or interferences to the Service.
The Customer acknowledges that from time-to-time Telecom Provider/ BuzzMobyl may carry out maintenance or testing to its network, or rectify network breakdowns, or there may be unplanned outages for any reason which may cause interruption to the Service. Telecom Provider/ BuzzMobyl will use reasonable endeavors to promptly repair any faults within its network and to minimize the period of any unplanned outage. The Customer acknowledges that Telecom Provider/ BuzzMobyl may change the technical specifications of the Service, provided that any changes do not materially affect the substance or the performance of the Service. Telecom Provider will endeavor to keep Service suspensions or disruptions to a minimum.

Personal identification
Customer acknowledges that BuzzMobyl will require to check the identity of the natural person, who takes over BuzzMobyl device. Renter is liable for proving his/her identity by showing an appropriate document (original Passport and U.A.E. visa) at the time of the rental.
In order to purchase products via BuzzMobyl, the customer needs to show valid, original Passport (for U.A.E./GCC nationals: Passport or ID card), Emirates ID. Additionally, in case of a credit card payment, the name on the credit card must match the name as in Passport.
